About Heather…
I have been blogging since May of 2009. I just graduated from college this past year and will be turning 22 on Sept 16th. I majored in Criminal Justice – but somehow I have a job with the Department of Veterans Affairs now. I love reading historical fiction primarily, as well as other genres – both fiction and non-fiction. My favorite period to read about is the Tudors as well as Egypt – I have always loved Egypt. I love period dramas mostly for their amazing costumes. Someday I hope to be able to travel to some of the places I read about.
I very much enjoyed this movie. I thought it was terribly sad/unfair what her husband did to her and how he controlled her life. He was such a hypocrite. I LOVED the dresses, costumes, and setting – that is usually my favorite thing about these movies. Another good Kiera Knightly movie!

I also watched The Duchess a while back and enjoyed it very much. But I don’t think that the Duke was the only one to fault their troubles. I think she was a hypochrite as well. She may not have started out as one, but I very much disliked her in the end. :)
